Dance of Qigong (at Tennessee Valley)

Outdoor Qigong at Tennessee Valley in Tam Valley (Beginning May 6th)

Qigong is traditionally practiced outside so that one can connect with the Qi from the heavens, nature and earth. Come join us for this magical experience of connecting with the elements of the heavens above, nature all around us and the spirit of the earth beneath our feet.

• Learn a series of easy, effective exercises to strengthen the body, quiet the mind and balance the emotions while connecting with the heavens, earth and nature.
• The practice of Qigong will increase energy and your sense of well being. You will leave the class feeling happy and invigorated.

When: (Beginning May 6th) Monday evenings from 6:00-7:00 pm. (We will meet at the trailhead at 5:50 pm)
Where: Oakwood Valley Trail (Tennessee Valley Road in Tam Valley)

Directions: Turn onto Tennessee Valley Road in Tam Valley. Look for Woolly Egg Ranch on your left. Just past the ranch on your left you will see a white gate and a Oakwood Valley Trail sign.
